In my post of 9 January, I promised to provide an update regarding my search for a consultant. As you may recall, the inspiration for that post was my recognition that if I wanted to get to the next level as I had mapped it out, I couldn’t do it on my efforts alone.  I needed someone who could work with me in a new business development capacity. Well, it is two months since that post and I not only have one consultant but three!! (Talk about the power of clarity and “putting it out there.”)

I’ve yet to see the benefits of my new arrangements (quantitatively), but I’m already feeling the benefits (qualitatively).  This dichotomy brings me to yet another “aha” moment regarding change, growth, how we measure impact and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. (Continue reading…)
